Buche de Noel Cake

Chocolate sponge cake, filled with chocolate mousse and rolled.  Decorated charmingly for the season.   Serves 10-15.  Keep refrigerated.  Bring to room temperature for 1 hour before service.  Store all left overs refrigerated.  Allergens: Coconut, Egg, Soy Lecithin.
