Bakewell Tart

We've reinvented a classic English Tart for our modern times!  Our flaky pie crust is filled with a layer of raspberry jam & filled with coconut frangipane and mixed berries.

Traditionally, frangipane contains almonds.  We've re-invented it by using coconut flour and added a natural essence that tastes like almonds, but is fully nut-free (except for coconut)!   9" pie serves 6-8.
