Robin's-Egg Carrot Cake

We take our guest favorite carrot cake, bake it in a 6" round form, and decorate it for the season.  This version contains our carrot cake which contains pineapple, filled with a coconut caramel filling and frosted with naturally colored vanilla frosting.
